Some Exploits & Stuff If You Want 'Em ;)
I posted this on r/Eve four years ago after quitting the game for good. Everything below is more or less the original wording from when I was 17, with spelling fixed. Reddit being the only copy of anything is a sorry state of affairs, so it lives here now too.

So I played EVE for four years. I stopped a couple of months back and don't regret it. I have come up with some bugs that I will never be abusing again. I am more or less solo, so no one else to use them, and I doubt CCP has fixed them, so enjoy.
1. Hard to Get to Stations
If you place a station with the edge inside a cosmos site, no one can warp to that side. They will instead be warped to the acceleration gate.
Mine was at the Contested Minmatar Military Depot in the system of Inder. There is no way to warp to it if placed well. Only the center needs to be outside the null warp zone, but to find the edge you will need to make a lot of bookmarks. I trust anyone who wants to do this can figure the rest out. Also, people can still fly through space to reach it, so just a really annoying 10-hour flight for most people. Once you have a bookmark on the other side of the station, you can warp a fleet in, so it is not too op.
While the salt amount courier contracts to these stations can get is priceless, I did get a warning for this. The part of the EULA they cited did not cover this situation, but meh, they can do whatever they want, so I would not try this one.
PS. Bravo to the Co-CEO of Stealth Bustards named Xena Yvetechs. I have never before and never since seen a CEO who would do that for a member.
2. More of a Theoretical One (I Have Not Done It Yet, But It May Work)
There are two phases of station deployment, choosing the location and choosing the station info. During both, the station's position remains relative to your ship.
Note, while you can't deploy a station within 1k km of a star, this is only an issue with the first phase of deployment and is not checked for in the second. This means you can complete the first phase and then, before entering a name, fly your ship past that point, and the station will be dragged with you, allowing you to deploy a station past 0 on a star.
Now for the two layers of star space.
Number one starts a few thousand km after 0, 22,600 on my test star, but I think it depends on star size. In the first layer, you can warp to objects, but not bookmarks. So you can warp to a station but not a bookmark right next to it.
Number two was around 360 thousand km from the warp-in on my test star, and soon after entering it, you end up 40 thousand km away from the star (I was never at my PC when it happened and quit playing before I started my third expedition). But my best guess is the same thing will happen as happened to people who ended up warping to the center of stars back in the day. For those of you who don't know, your ship would be launched out of the star at ludicrous speeds the moment your session timer was up.
What does this mean? If you put a station at the front of your ship and past the first phase of deployment, you could then fly to a bookmark at the edge of layer two, and I think it would let you deploy a station that anyone could warp to and dock in. But the moment your warp-in timer is up, you are launched a few hundred thousand km away, making it impossible to attack.
But I don't know if it works, so if you or anyone you know would like to waste your life as I have for the past few years, give it a shot on Sisi. You also might still be able to make deep safes with this, though I don't know anyone who would think it is worth the time.
3. How to Turn Off Cosmos Complex Spawns
The spawns of many enemies in these sites are linked to that space junk you never want in your overview (large collidable objects and the like), disproportionately guard posts. While the objects may respawn, they will not start spawning enemies again until the next downtime.
You can use this to make a lot of cosmos materials into limited resources by farming them and shooting the space junk around them right after downtime.
4. This Is Not an Exploit, But Now That I Am Not Doing It
You can make billions with these cosmos sites every day while playing for less than 30 minutes. Just go to the last room in the Jakela Plantation. Leave your drones and an MTU out after downtime. Enjoy your 800 mill every night from your MTU (if no one has killed it or turned off the spawns that is).
The contested Kois City alone drops 3-5 bill per day. Though it is in null, you can stop the key card from spawning by shooting one of the guard posts. Sadly Frat has some spare key cards you would have to burn through. Also, run the Rakogh Administration Complex more. That is 750 or so mill every 4 hours people!!
Also, whoever was looking for the 'Habitat' Miner I, I don't think its BPC was ever added to the game.
(I forgot your name, but maybe you will read this.)
Anyway, that is all I remember for now. If you want more info let me know, I should get back to you within a year or so.
Ban me if you will CCP, but after you do, fix your game. o7 and fly dangerously!

Update
And a few months after posting, someone sent me a video of them warping a Gallente carrier (not the super) into an Astrahus, or whatever it was called, placed inside a star. I don't know the words for these things anymore.
So no, CCP did not fix it quickly.
